Endex is building an AI-powered digital coworker native in Excel and is looking for an Operator to manage strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and own business growth. The role involves executing strategy, owning critical operations, shaping the product roadmap, supporting go-to-market, exploring new verticals, and recruiting and building the team. The ideal candidate should be an athlete, versatile problem-solver, relentlessly resourceful, execution-oriented, organizer, have strong communication skills, and a low ego. Nice to haves include early-stage start-up experience and finance experience.
