Description
Higgins is hiring a permanent Operator for its Surfacing & Sealing Team in Hawke's Bay. The role operates rollers, loaders, tractors, and other surfacing and sealing plant; supports chip sealing, asphalt paving, road maintenance, site set-up, traffic management, material handling, equipment checks, quality monitoring, and general labouring. Applicants need civil construction or surfacing plant experience, at least a Class 2 licence, and a commitment to health and safety. The position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week, ongoing training, KiwiSaver matching, and other benefits.
