Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Operator for a fast-paced automotive-manufacturing environment. The role involves reading work orders, loading and unloading parts on jigs, preparing and inspecting parts for painting, scanning and labeling parts, packing and shipping materials, recording production data, and maintaining equipment and work areas. The position requires attention to detail, multitasking, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift 15 pounds and work while standing, bending, and lifting throughout a shift; overtime may be required.
