The role involves safely operating heavy earthmoving equipment, supporting mine production targets, maintaining operational and maintenance records, identifying workplace hazards, and collaborating with key personnel. Applicants need prior experience operating large mining equipment and working in an open-cut mining environment, along with strong leadership, communication, risk-management, and teamwork skills.
