Description
The Operator is responsible for producing Keune products sold worldwide. The role involves an internal training program, starting as a compounder responsible for weighing and preparing raw materials. After mastering this, the operator will be trained to independently mix shampoo or hair dye. Responsibilities include sorting, mixing, weighing, and manually pouring raw materials into production kettles, setting up machines/kettles, starting production batches, taking samples for the laboratory, and transporting finished products using a forklift. The candidate should have an MBO level 2 diploma, proficiency in Dutch, willingness to work in a 2-shift system, 3+ years of experience as an Operator, experience in a production environment, and be quality-conscious.
