This is an hourly non-exempt role responsible for setting up and operating press equipment, performing first-piece inspections, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in training new operators. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and contributing to achieving departmental goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Candidates should be prepared to work second shift and potentially obtain certifications like Forklift, Die Mover, or 10 Ton Crane.
