Description
The Operator works in Willich’s 24/7 emergency call and service control center, handling incoming alarms and events, responding to customers, verifying and assessing alarm signals, coordinating with police, fire, and security services, documenting incidents, and answering customer inquiries. The role operates on a three-shift system plus an intermediate shift and requires reliability, strong German communication, customer service, technical and PC/IT skills, and an impeccable police record.
