MacroSource is hiring an Operator for its Victoria, Texas terminal to load trucks, railcars, and barges and transfer liquid fertilizers. The role operates front-end loaders, skid steers, bulk conveying equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and automation systems; performs general equipment maintenance; follows safety procedures; and maintains the facility. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, fertilizer-terminal experience is a plus, and the position requires English proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for some nights and weekends.
