Description
The Blown Film Extrusion Operator is responsible for maintaining blown-film extrusion line performance, setting machines and changing film sizes, handling raw materials, monitoring finished goods, completing production reports, and reporting machine problems. The role also requires compliance with safety and environmental procedures and participation in OH&S activities. Candidates need 1–2 years of hands-on blown-film extrusion experience, familiarity with mono- and multi-layer lines, knowledge of extrusion parameters and film defects, basic raw-material and blending knowledge, and a technical diploma or relevant industrial background.
