Description
The Operator I runs and inspects simple to medium-complexity production products or tasks according to setup sheets and work instructions, completes production paperwork, maintains quality and safety standards, reports issues, and supports shift handoffs and training. The role requires at least one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and willingness to work overtime.
