The role operates and cleans production equipment, changes over and adjusts machines, removes minor faults, participates in inspections and maintenance, develops SMED standards, monitors quality and quantity, follows OHS, fire safety, and GMP rules, maintains work documentation, and contributes to team goals. It requires secondary or vocational education, organizational skills, commitment, resourcefulness, MS Office knowledge, shift availability, and offers pharmaceutical-industry experience and GMP knowledge as advantages.
