Description
The Production Operator monitors and adjusts production from the control room, coordinates with bulldozer and maintenance teams, performs quality checks and sampling, resolves minor technical issues, processes truck documents and weighings, supports drivers, and maintains a safe and clean work environment. The role requires a technical diploma or relevant operator or process-worker experience, technical problem-solving skills, accuracy, safety and quality awareness, flexibility for a three-shift system including weekends, and willingness to work in a physical, dusty environment. After internal training, the operator may also work as a bulldozer operator for raw-material supply and storage.
