Description
The Coated Fabric Operator works in the coating department, operating rewinding and packaging machines, cutting coated fabrics to customer specifications, performing visual quality inspections, recording deviations digitally, monitoring production continuity, and safely transporting finished rolls through the warehouse. The role requires Dutch proficiency, computer skills, good color vision, physical fitness, and a strong sense of responsibility; technical machine or quality-control experience and a forklift certificate are advantages. The position offers a base hourly wage of €18.00, a 7% shift premium, meal vouchers, and a fixed two-shift schedule in the Ardooie region.
