Description
The Baker Operator will operate, inspect, and adjust ovens and production lines; monitor the baking process and product quality; perform production checks and adjustments; record production data and monitor yields; and maintain quality and hygiene standards. The role requires willingness to work a two-shift system and prior experience as an operator, baker, or in a production environment, with a baking qualification advantageous but not required.
