Description
The Line Operator will start, operate, and monitor automated production machines for Unilin’s floors and panels, make adjustments, perform quality checks, resolve technical faults, and maintain a safe and clean shop floor. The role requires a technical TSO/BSO diploma or relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, flexibility for a rotating shift system, fluent Dutch, and basic knowledge of computer-controlled systems. Compensation is EUR 17.00–19.00 per hour plus shift premiums and fringe benefits, with an intensive on-the-job training program and opportunities for advancement.
