The Filling Operator starts and operates filling and packaging machines, checks weight, packaging, and labeling, manages product changeovers, resolves minor technical issues, and maintains HACCP hygiene standards. The role requires accurate work, basic technical knowledge, flexibility, responsibility, and Dutch language skills; production or packaging operator experience is preferred, with food-sector experience advantageous.
