Cloetta Turnhout is hiring a Casting Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot confectionery casting machines throughout the production process. The role includes quality checks, machine changeovers, minor malfunction resolution, HACCP compliance, reporting, and hands-on cleaning or handling of production supplies. Candidates need technical insight, precision, flexibility, willingness to work a two-shift system, and a good command of Dutch.
