Description
Randstad is hiring a full-time Operator for a chemical-sector production environment in the Ieper region. The role involves safely operating and starting production lines, monitoring product quality, handling minor machine malfunctions, supplying and removing raw materials, maintaining workplace safety and hygiene, and supporting shift handovers. No prior production experience is required, but Dutch proficiency, technical and logical insight, and forklift experience are advantageous. The position offers on-the-job training, shift premiums, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful temporary period.
