Description
The Casting Operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and changing over confectionery casting machines; monitoring product quality, texture, and shape; resolving minor malfunctions; maintaining quality, safety, and HACCP standards; preparing machine-parameter reports; and working independently or with technicians and fellow operators. The role requires technical insight, precision, flexibility, willingness to work a two-shift system, and a good command of Dutch.
