Description
The Packaging Machine Operator sets up and operates packaging machines, monitors production quality and flow, resolves malfunctions, performs first-line maintenance, supports helpers, and maintains a clean and organized shop floor. The role requires fluent Dutch, technical training or relevant production experience, an eye for quality, teamwork, and flexibility to work three consecutive shifts. Compensation is €32.11 per hour during night-shift weeks and €21.97 per hour during early- or late-shift weeks, with meal vouchers, a permanent contract after a positive evaluation, 32 days of leave, and no weekend work.
