Description
Arla is hiring a full-time Food Production Operator to work in a three-shift factory environment, monitoring and adjusting automated production processes, setting up filling and packaging lines, performing quality checks, inspecting machines, and preparing products by weighing and adding ingredients. The role requires an MBO level 3/4 qualification or operator experience, machine experience in a production environment, and English- or Dutch-speaking ability. Compensation is €18.25 gross per hour plus approximately 18% shift allowance, with additional allowances, holiday pay, training, and possible permanent employment.
