Description
The Continuous-Process Operator will operate and monitor high-tech production machines in Ypres, producing plant-based protein isolates for food and pharmaceutical applications. The role includes process monitoring and control, quality checks, safety compliance, risk reporting, and shift handovers. A technical education or equivalent experience is preferred, while initial technical or line-operator experience is a plus; fluent Dutch, strong problem-solving ability, independent work, safety awareness, and flexibility for a rotating night-afternoon-morning schedule are required. The position offers approximately €23.80 per hour, including shift premium, plus meal vouchers, bonuses, holiday pay, a 13th-month salary, permanent-contract insurance, and in-house training.
