The Machine Operator configures and operates computer-controlled machines, monitors product quality, contributes to production-process improvements, and may package finished products for shipment. The role requires a technical mindset, machine safety and control knowledge, Dutch language ability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, teamwork, and flexibility to work a shift system. Experience as a machine operator is a plus, while a passion for technology is emphasized.
