Description
The Operator will work permanently on the night shift in the coating department, operating advanced packaging and rewinding machines, cutting coated fabric to customer specifications, performing visual quality inspections, entering inspection results, stacking finished rolls, and moving goods safely. The role requires Dutch proficiency, digital data-entry ability, good color vision, physical work capability, precision, responsibility, and night-shift experience or preference; operator, forklift, or quality-control experience is a plus. The position is based in Ardooie and offers a base hourly wage of €18.00 plus a 21.42% night premium and meal vouchers.
