Description
The Process Operator will manage and optimize production lines in Oudenaarde, coordinating daily schedules, starting and monitoring machines, checking raw-material supplies, reporting production and quality data in the ERP system, and collaborating with maintenance and logistics teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or chemistry or equivalent relevant experience, fluent Dutch, flexibility for three shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality. The stated pay is approximately €20 per hour, excluding shift premiums, with additional shift allowances and opportunities for technical development.
