Description
Sika is hiring a production operator for its Tocancipá plant to support manufacturing, loading, and monitoring of chemical products. The role involves operating production lines and equipment, interpreting formulations, mixing and weighing raw materials, controlling process variables, managing materials and inventory, recording production data, reporting deviations, and maintaining safety and workplace standards. A high school diploma and at least one year and six months of production-area experience are required.
