SLB Venezuela is reactivating operations in Maturín and is hiring Operators / Helpers / Technicians for its wireline, coiled tubing, and well testing lines. The role involves participating in pre-job and toolbox meetings, maintaining equipment, preparing equipment for rig-up and rig-down, operating equipment according to competence, following safety and HSE requirements, and performing physical field work. Candidates should have a higher technical degree or technical high school diploma in a relevant field, recent graduation or up to approximately 10 years of experience, and willingness to learn; heavy-vehicle driving is a plus. The position is intended as a field training opportunity with a development path toward operator and supervisor roles.
