The role operates and maintains production machines and installations, monitors production, performs quality checks, resolves minor malfunctions, records production data, and contributes to improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety. It requires an MBO-level engineering or process-engineering qualification, production or technology experience, shift availability, accuracy, safety awareness, and teamwork.
