Description
The Technical Operator monitors and adjusts production parameters in the control room, uses SCADA to detect and resolve malfunctions, performs visual inspections, maintains installations and production cleanliness, checks product flow and quality, converts and restarts production, and leads assistant operators. The role is full-time on a three-shift system and requires a technical bachelor's degree or technical secondary education, relevant experience, Dutch and English communication skills, and leadership potential. Experience in pharma, chemicals, or food is advantageous but not required.
