Talentus is hiring a two-shift operator for a full-time, 100% schedule in an automated food-production department. The role involves operating filling and packaging machines, monitoring production, resolving minor malfunctions, performing changeovers and cleaning, maintaining quality and safety standards, and training new operators. Candidates need a technical background, relevant production experience, independent minor technical maintenance skills, and availability for alternating 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shifts. The position offers shift premiums, meal vouchers after six months, vacation days, and potential permanent employment with the client.
