Description
The Operator/Setter operates and converts manual or automatic production machines, ensures production processes run correctly and efficiently, measures and inspects parts, and releases conforming products. The role also covers environmental and safety compliance, shift handovers, and continuous process improvement. It is a 100% contract with a 40-hour-per-week schedule, offering a gross salary of €2,400–€3,000, meal vouchers, training opportunities, and additional benefits. Candidates should have technical insight, preferably prior experience in a similar production role, a technical educational background if no work experience exists, fluent Dutch, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
