Description
The employer is hiring a wire EDM operator to perform precision machining of metal parts, primarily for molds and tools used in plastic packaging production. The role involves operating and setting up sinker and wire EDM machines, creating machining programs from technical drawings, monitoring CNC and conventional machines, inspecting parts, and performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance. Candidates need technical education in a relevant field, the ability to work independently in a precision environment, technical drawing literacy, and a strong quality and safety orientation; EDM experience is preferred but in-house training is available for candidates without it. The position is a full-time day-shift role with salary, training, meal vouchers, vacation days, and additional ADV days.
