Description
The Operator will organize and manage the packaging department and its associated machines, start up and adjust equipment, resolve malfunctions, develop and maintain harvesting and packaging processes, and coordinate with other departments while following quality and HACCP procedures. The role requires food-industry experience, preferably with harvesting or processing fresh products, Dutch and English proficiency, and MBO+ work and thinking level. It is permanent, pays €15.16–€22.70 per hour, and includes travel expense reimbursement and a pension plan.
