Description
TMG is hiring a full-time Operator I to safely and efficiently operate heavy civil equipment such as bulldozers, compactors, excavators, loaders, and graders on civil earthwork projects. The role includes grading, excavating, loading, hauling, placing, and compacting earth, sand, or aggregate; maintaining equipment; following safety procedures; and working cooperatively with the crew. Candidates need 3–5 years of directly related civil construction experience, a current CDL and/or valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate, physical ability to perform heavy manual labor, a clean driving record, OSHA safety training, and a current First Aid and CPR certificate. Compensation is $25–$30, with benefits including health and welfare benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and training support.
