Description
TMG is hiring a full-time Operator II to operate heavy civil equipment such as bulldozers, compactors, excavators, loaders, and graders on civil earthwork projects. The role includes grading, excavating, loading, hauling, placing, and compacting earth, sand, or aggregate; maintaining equipment; following safety procedures; and working cooperatively with the crew. The position reports to a Civil Foreman or Superintendent and requires 5–10 years of directly related civil construction experience, blueprint-reading and grading skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a clean driving record, and OSHA safety training with a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
