Description
The Backing Machine Operator will lay out and pack produced mats, check finished products, work with colleagues in the backing department, and learn to operate the backing machine, adjust speeds and cutting sizes, and resolve malfunctions. The role is full-time on a three-shift schedule, with production experience an advantage but not required, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,700–€3,200, vacation days, pension, training opportunities, and a one-year contract with prospects for permanent employment.
