Description
The company in Turnhout is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and adjust bookbinding machines according to print runs, speed, air pressure, and cutting dimensions; operate the machines; resolve minor malfunctions; monitor production quality; and maintain and clean workstations. The role requires technical insight, hands-on work, flexibility, teamwork, and a very good command of Dutch. It is a full-time day-shift or two-shift position with in-house training, possible permanent status after an interim period, and a 15% early/late shift premium.
