Description
The company in Turnhout is hiring a full-time operator to plan and organize production, set up machines and tools, create and optimize offline programs, monitor and assess workpiece quality, report defects, maintain punching and bending tools, assist with preventive maintenance, and handle finished parts. The role requires independent and team work, a sense of quality, basic PC knowledge, and preferably reach-truck or forklift experience. It is a day-shift position with a 40-hour week, a possible temporary two-shift system, permanent employment after a successful interim period, statutory and ADV vacation days, and meal-voucher benefits.
