Description
The company in Turnhout is hiring a full-time operator to plan and organize production, set up machines and tools, create and optimize offline programs, monitor and measure workpiece quality, report defects, maintain punching and bending tools, assist with preventive maintenance, and supply finished parts to subsequent departments or an automated warehouse. The role requires constructive thinking, independent and team work, a quality orientation, basic PC knowledge, and preferably reach-truck or forklift experience. It is a permanent day-shift position with a 40-hour workweek, a possible temporary two-shift system, statutory and ADV vacation days, and meal-voucher benefits.
