The Extrusion Operator will produce high-quality blown film for a client in Houthalen-Helchteren that manufactures personalized carrier bags and packaging in plastic and bioplastic. Responsibilities include operating and setting up extrusion installations, monitoring the production process, performing quality checks, making adjustments, supporting production targets, and reporting malfunctions or deviations. The role requires experience or familiarity with blown film extrusion or plastics-sector extrusion processes, technical independence, a proactive and quality-oriented approach, and teamwork. It follows a 2-shift system with a 37.5-hour week and offers an attractive salary based on knowledge and experience.
