Description
The employer is hiring a full-time packaging-machine operator for a client in the Tielt region. The role begins with operating and adjusting the packaging machine, packaging and labeling wall-covering rolls, and assisting with color and quality tests. After mastering the work, the operator can progress to independently supervising the production line, monitoring parameters, supervising two fellow operators, analyzing schedules, and performing quality checks. The position requires an A2 diploma, prior technical-operator experience, Dutch proficiency, color sensitivity, teamwork, organization, and willingness to work rotating or fixed night shifts. It offers a permanent contract after a successful introductory period, a 40-hour week, vacation days, internal training, and a competitive salary with a shift premium.
