Description
Avantor is hiring a full-time Operator for its NuSil site in Carpinteria, California. The role operates packaging and manufacturing equipment, sets up and runs production lines, performs changeovers and inspections, maintains clean manufacturing areas, keeps production records, and collaborates with supervisors, maintenance, and quality assurance teams. The position also handles hazardous and universal waste and requires mechanical ability, multitasking, and flexibility. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with 1–2 years of packaging or distribution experience; chemical-plant experience and familiarity with cGMP and RCRA training are preferred.
