Organon is hiring a full-time Process Operator in Oss on a five-shift schedule. The role involves operating machines, carrying out production processes, performing in-process control tests, documenting and following up on deviations, reporting and assisting with equipment malfunctions, and supporting cleaning and equipment assembly. The position requires at least an MBO level 2 diploma, accuracy, teamwork, flexibility, customer orientation, and willingness to learn. It offers shift allowances, travel reimbursement, training, and a monthly salary indication of €2,600 to €3,200.
