Description
The Assembly Operator-Setter sets up, changes over, starts, adjusts, and maintains assembly machines; performs quality checks, supports product changeovers, resolves minor technical issues, records machine parameters, and contributes to production improvements. The role requires technical training in mechanics or electromechanics, experience as a technical operator, computer-controlled process skills, analytical thinking, and willingness to work three shifts. It is a full-time position with shift premiums, meal vouchers, and other employee benefits.
