Attero is hiring an Operator for its Polymer Recycling Plant in Wijster. The role operates a five-shift schedule, monitors and adjusts the recycling process, performs first-line maintenance, and supports quality, safety, and emergency-response activities. Applicants need an Operator B or AOT diploma, or the ability to obtain one through Attero's work-and-study program; a VCA diploma or willingness to obtain one is also required. The position offers €2,800–€3,200 gross per month plus a 29.3% shift allowance, with prospects of a permanent contract, profit-sharing, training, and travel reimbursement.
