The Process Operator B operates, monitors, and optimizes advanced production equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include starting up and calibrating equipment, monitoring process parameters, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, interpreting sensor and meter data, correcting deviations, and collaborating with technicians and support departments. The role requires an Operator B diploma or VAPRO B certification, knowledge of process engineering and automated control systems, Dutch proficiency, basic English, independent work, and strong analytical ability. Compensation is €3,300–€4,500 per month including a 31% allowance, with a 13th-month salary and bonus scheme, permanent employment, and training opportunities.
