Description
The Bakery Operator will independently manage the complete baking process in Ostend’s food manufacturing facility, including recipe assembly, production-line setup and monitoring, machine operation, sampling-based quality checks, line cleaning, equipment changes, and minor technical troubleshooting. The role requires physical strength, Dutch or English proficiency, HACCP compliance, and readiness for physically demanding factory work. It offers a stable two-shift roster, meal vouchers after 65 days of seniority, and a starting pay of €17.49 per hour plus shift allowances.
