Description
The Production Operator works in the Standard Manufacturing - Beads department at 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey. The role operates, sets up, cleans, and performs preventative maintenance on mills, granulators, drying ovens, blenders, screening equipment, fluid bed dryers, feeders, and related equipment; maintains batch records, SOPs, cGMP compliance, quality standards, inventory control, and safety documentation; and may train new employees. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the ability to work extended hours and occasional weekend overtime. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $27.00 depending on experience level, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a matched 401(k) benefit package.
