Description
The Production Operator, also called the Beads Operator, operates and sets up mills, granulators, drying ovens, blenders, screening equipment, fluid bed dryers, feeders, and related manufacturing equipment in the Standard Manufacturing - Beads department. The role includes batch record and SOP compliance, quality inspection and sampling, labeling, inventory control, equipment cleaning and maintenance, material handling, safety, and documentation. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the ability to work extended hours and occasional weekend overtime.
