The Production Operator works in the Standard Manufacturing - Beads department at 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey. The role operates, sets up, cleans, and performs preventative maintenance on mills, granulators, drying ovens, blenders, screening equipment, fluid bed dryers, feeders, and related equipment; follows batch records, SOPs, cGMPs, and quality standards; handles inventory and material movement; and maintains safety and documentation compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the ability to work extended hours and occasional weekend overtime.
